Privacy policy
This policy describes how the personal data of visitors to the site https://www.ip-box.it are processed, pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The pages of this site do not collect visitors' data: the site is a simple informational showcase, uses no cookies or local browser storage, embeds no third-party services (fonts, analytics, maps, videos) and contains no forms. The only data processed are the technical logs that the hosting server records automatically for each request, and the data you provide yourself if you decide to write to us or call us.

Server logs
Technical logs are not collected by the site's pages: they are recorded automatically, for each request, by the server of the hosting provider on behalf of the controller. They include:
- IP address of the device;
- date and time of the request;
- address (URL) of the requested page or resource, such as images and style sheets, with the outcome of the request and the amount of data transferred;
- referring page (referer), if sent by the browser;
- user agent, i.e. the type of browser and operating system.
Purposes and legal basis
The logs are used solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site, for example to detect abuse or malfunctions. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Provision of data
Logs are recorded automatically and are necessary to visit the site. Providing other data by email or phone is optional, but without them we cannot respond. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place (Art. 22 GDPR).
Requests by email or phone
If you write to the email address or call the phone number shown on the contact page, we will process the data you voluntarily provide (email address or phone number, content of the request and any other data you choose to share) solely in order to respond. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for other types of requests, the legitimate interest of the controller in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These data are kept only for as long as necessary to handle the request.
Retention
Technical logs are retained for as long as strictly necessary for the security and operation of the site, in accordance with the hosting provider's terms, and then deleted, unless they are needed to establish liability in the event of computer crimes against the site.
Cookies and profiling
The site does not set cookies, neither technical nor profiling cookies, and does not carry out any user profiling. For details, see the cookie notice.
Disclosure of data
The data are not disseminated. Besides the controller's authorised staff, they may be accessed by the hosting provider and by the email service provider, which process them on the controller's behalf as processors (Art. 28 GDPR), and by the competent authorities where required by law.
Server logs are stored on servers located in the European Economic Area and are not transferred to third countries.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise the rights provided for by Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access to the data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability (where applicable) and objection to processing. To exercise them, write to ipbox@teampower.it.
In particular, you may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority).
