Call monitoring

IPBox lets you always keep under control the phone traffic made from and to your company lines.

From any internet browser on a company PC, by entering your credentials, you can view the details of all calls, with the fields date, caller, destination, line used, call status and duration.

A complete set of fields lets you filter the call list to carry out checks and verifications on your phone traffic. You can also generate charts to compare phone traffic with that of previous months, in order to monitor changes or for statistical analysis and studies to optimize costs and work processes.

For easy reading, all details can be printed and archived in Excel (CSV) or PDF format.

IPBox also lets you receive a daily email summarizing all calls made by each individual extension and, above all, a notification email for every call made outside working hours.
