Call transfer

After answering a call, with IPBox you can transfer it to another extension or to an external number in two ways:

• attended transfer: lets you announce the call you want to transfer before completing the transfer;
• blind transfer: the call is transferred without first being announced.

Another very useful feature is call parking. During a call you may need to move to another room or workstation: in these cases, by dialing a specific code, you can "park" the call (put it on hold). The call can then be conveniently answered from any other company phone by dialing a particular code provided by IPBox.
