Voicemail

IPBox provides a voice messaging system (voicemail) that can be customized for each individual phone extension. The same feature can be used as a company answering service, which comes into operation on closing days and outside business hours and records to file the voice messages of all calls received while the office is closed.

Messages can be checked from any company phone (by entering your credentials), by email at your personal address or through a dedicated web interface, accessible by entering your username and password. The system can be configured so that the email contains, in addition to the call details (time and caller number), a file with the audio of the message left.

Receiving messages by email lets you check a newly left message instantly, without having to be at the office. Wherever in the world you are, all you need is an available internet connection and IPBox will reach you.
