Remote extensions

IPBox makes it possible to use, over the internet, an extension of your company PBX at another site through:

• an IP phone (like those in the office);
• your own PC or notebook, with the help of free software;
• your own smartphone, with the help of a free app.

You can therefore be contacted as if you were physically present at the office, or have incoming outside calls forwarded to you, all at zero cost and without using the phone lines. In these cases the caller will not perceive that the person contacted is not at the office. Likewise, all calls between office extensions and remote ones will take place at no additional cost and without using the phone lines. Finally, from outside you can make calls to customers and suppliers using the company lines (teleworking).
