Web fax
IPBox provides fully centralized management of faxes (sent and received). Thanks to fax detection on every single call (incoming on any line), the system can tell whether it is a voice call or a fax. In the case of a fax, the document is captured and saved as a PDF and, optionally, sent as an email attachment to one or more addresses. All received faxes can be viewed through the IPBox web interface.

Again from any web browser, you can send a PDF document by fax simply by entering the recipient's phone number; at the end of the transmission you receive an email with the transmission receipt. From the same web interface you can view the status of outgoing faxes, with details of the number of attempts made and the option to stop the sending procedure.
The fax server offers many advantages: savings on paper and toner, but above all the ability to see received faxes (attached to emails) instantly, without having to be physically present at the office.
